Are you holding onto emotional hurts? Are you hanging onto what happened and why, what someone said or did? Get wrapped up in the wrong, and it just makes you angry and bitter, it makes you unhappy and distracted from what’s important.  

So, what to do? Well we’ve heard it before, we need to forgive and forget. How to forgive when it’s hard? And is it really possible to forget what hurt you?  

Even though it’s easier said than done, and even though the process is challenging, the result is well worth it. It sets you free to enjoy the present, and move on and move forward.
